Since the company’s inception in 1989, the agency has grown and strengthened through strategic acquisitions and a successful marketing program. In the last nineteen years alone, our staff increased from 35 employees to 337, servicing more than $525 million in premium. We accomplished this by providing our clients with top quality products, extraordinary customer service, and exceptional pricing and value. As a private company, we at Eastern Insurance are devoted to our customers, employees, and the community. We believe it is important to give back to our community and as a result contribute 10% of our profits to a charitable trust to benefit local groups and organizations.

In addition, several of our Massachusetts offices provide on-site motor vehicle registry service for our customers.
